Milwaukee CDL Institute & Badger CDL 

 Class A - Student Training Confirmation 

 

We will be your Class A training provider in the near future and would like to provide you with some instructions, basic information and study material prior to attending. 

 

Start Date:  Monday, April 24

Start Time:  8:00AM         End Time: 3:00PM

Location:  7221 S. 10th Street, Oak Creek WI, 53154  (South Entrance, Green Door) 

Items Required: Drivers License (Must have)

Other Items: CDL Permit  (If you possess one) and DOT FedMed Card (If you possess one)

Payments:  Self Paying students must bring a form of payment (Cash or Card)

​

Study Material: (Click the blue hyperlink to view).....Download either one of the apps from list below and studying for the permit test. Tests requires to obtain Class B Permit are:  

 

Study the following sections:

  • General Knowledge

  • Air Brakes

  • Combination      

 

 

Training Schedule:

  • Week One: Students will be  in classroom training  Monday thru Friday from 8:00am-3:00pm to obtain their Permit. 

  • Other Weeks:  After in classrooms training is completed, students can choose Morning Classes 7:00am-12:00pm or Afternoon Classes 1:00pm-6:00pm for the Hands-On portion of the training.  Hands-On training will consist of Pre-Trip, Backing and Driving Monday thru Friday.

 

 

Note: A Birth Certificate, US Passport or Green Card will be required at the DMV to obtain your Permit.  You must possess one of the items    mentioned to obtain  your Permit.
