Career Services & Job Placement Assistance
Your CDL Training. Your Career. Your Future.
Milwaukee CDL Institute — Operated by Badger CDL LLC
At Milwaukee CDL Institute, we believe our responsibility to students extends beyond teaching them how to operate a commercial motor vehicle and prepare for their CDL examinations.
Since 2015, our school has been committed to helping individuals develop the knowledge, skills, qualifications, and confidence necessary to pursue careers in the trucking, transportation, and logistics industries.
We understand that obtaining a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or professional certification is an important step toward securing meaningful employment.
While the majority of our students have historically obtained employment following completion of their CDL training and/or certification programs, Milwaukee CDL Institute does not guarantee employment or job placement.
Our goal is to give students the training, resources, industry connections, and career guidance needed to pursue professional opportunities successfully.

Our Student Employment Success
Milwaukee CDL Institute is proud of the employment success experienced by many of our students.
Based on our school's historical experience, a majority of students who complete our CDL training and/or applicable certification programs go on to obtain employment.
We believe this reflects the practical training our students receive, the experience of our instructors, and the continuing demand for qualified drivers throughout the transportation industry.
However, employment outcomes vary from student to student and depend on numerous factors, including individual qualifications, driving history, employer hiring standards, geographic location, labor market conditions, and the availability of positions.
Our school provides training and career assistance but does not control hiring decisions made by independent employers.
