Weekend Training Confirmation​

We will be your CDL training provider in the near future and would like to provide you with your confirmation, instructions, basic information and study material prior to attending.

Start Date:  Saturday, September 21

Start Time:  8:00AM        End Time: 4:00PM

Location:  7221 S. 10th Street, Oak Creek WI, 53154 (South Entrance, Green Door) 

Items Required: Drivers License and CDL Permit (Must possess)

Other Items: DOT FedMed Card (If you possess one)
 

Payments:  Self Paying students must bring a form of payment (Cash or Card)

Training Schedule:  The schedule will be Saturday and Sunday's from 8:00am to 2:00pm. Training will consist of Pre-Trip, Backing and                                       Driving.
